Dear Colleagues!
Every year Riga Technical University is very pleased to welcome international students of different fields of study from all over the world at International Summer School. The first international summer school at TU Riga was organized in 2003. For our 10th anniversary we have put together a very special Summer School „Event City” in Cesis, July 27 – August 11, 2012.
The organising team will be happy if students and young professionals of your country/university express interest in participating in the International Summer School.

Scholarships covering participation fee is available. Citizens from: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium (Flanders Community and French Community of Belgium), Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and Vietnam can apply for the Latvian government scholarships for participation in summer school.
DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) has offered 5 scholarships for „Event City” participants from Germany.
A limited number of partial bursaries is available as well.
The application deadline is 1 May.
